The idea for AdWrap came about from identifying a niche market for real estate advertising, that sits between print and online advertising.

We see that although online advertising now generates the most enquiry from buyers, print still accounts for most of the vendors marketing spend.

As vendors start to shift their marketing spend to internet channels, the question for agents will be how to then maintain their profile in the area they operate?

We have noticed that while most agents are always looking to grow their profile, and utilise everything from flyers to fridge magnets, it is very rare to see an agent brand their own vehicle, despite spending hours driving each week in the same area they are trying to grow their profile.

AdWraps are designed to allow the agent to turn their vehicle into a profile tool, and to advertise to the buyers in their local market area.

The other main benefit of AdWrap to the Vendor is that it will stay on the car as long as it’s needed, which means that when other parts of the marketing campaign are over, AdWrap will continue to promote their property.

Although many agents can be shy about using their vehicle to promote themselves, we really encourage them to understand that if they hope to raise their profile, they have to ‘get themselves out there’ and that being a successful agent in today’s market means having the confidence to be seen.
